Former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva earned his first victory in years at UFC 208, where he defeated Derek Brunson by decision.
The decision win was a controversial one for the former middleweight champion, because many from Derek Brunson himself to UFC President Dana White believe the judges got it wrong.
Silva, in a response to the criticism over his win, issued the following statement on his Facebook page:
Silva is also the longest reigning UFC Middleweight Champion in the promotions history, he has also competed at light heavyweight.
