Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that if Shelton Benjamin is coming back to WWE, he hasn't come to terms and signed a contract yet.

But Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet says "Actually, yeah, he has."

We may find out which report is true sooner rather than later.

Shelton was being advertised to return for the new SmackDown Live post-brand-split-draft, but during a physical, it was revealed that he needed shoulder surgery. Now that he's healthy, it appears as though WWE is still interested in bringing back the former Intercontinental Champion.
