Conor McGregor: I'll Finish Mayweather "Inside Four Rounds"

Conor McGregor is no stranger to making wild predictions regarding his fights, but his latest prediction might be the toughest one to pull off.

McGregor appeared on Conan and predicted he will not only be the first man to knock out Floyd Mayweather when the two meet on August 26, but will knock him down inside four rounds.

"There will be no dancing in there Conan. I'm going to go straight towards him inside four rounds," McGregor said.

McGregor addressed comments made by Mayweather that he will be aggressive in the fight early against the UFC champion. McGregor said he will press forward from the start of their fight. The Irish fighter thinks Mayweather's age will not be able to let him keep up with McGregor's pace, speed and youth and isn't worried about having to go the distance against Mayweather.

"He's saying he's going to come towards me. I'm saying I'm coming towards him. We're going to find out pretty early who's saying the truth. We'll see who takes a back step first. I'm excited for the contest and will go towards him and put him away... I will break him. At 40 years old of age, he will not be able to sustain my pace," McGregor said.

The interview can be seen in the video above. Fightful will have complete coverage of Mayweather vs. McGregor including a post-show podcast live on Fightful and YouTube.
