Cyborg Wants To Fight Holly Holm At UFC 219

Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino just won the UFC Women’s Featherweight Title when she defeated Tonya Evinger at UFC 214.

When it comes to her first title defense, the champion would like to defend the belt against former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm.

Holly Holm has yet to respond to the challenge from Cyborg, but she did compete in the first ever UFC Women’s Featherweight Title bout at UFC 208.

UFC President Dana White said after UFC 214 that Holm was interested in a bout with Cyborg.

UFC 219 takes place on Saturday, December 30 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
