Match By Match Recap

Josh Matthews and The Pope kick off the evening, hyping up the event and they say the first pay-per-view for TNA in 2017 begins right now.

Bobby Lashley hits the ring and he gets a microphone, Lashley talks about how Davey Richards interfered in the TNA World Title Match the night before on TNA Impact. Lashley says that he would be hated if he did what Richards did last night, Lashley says he would destroy Eddie Edwards and win the title if the match between them was a level playing field. Lashley says that since he cannot fight the champion tonight, he is going to fight Richards and retire him for good, which brings out Richards and our first match begins.

Bobby Lashley vs. Davey Richards

The match begins with Lashley jumping Richards from behind as he was posturing on the turnbuckle, Lashley then mauls Richards with strikes and chokes in the corner. Lashley follows Richards around the ring and he attacks him with several punches, Lashley then nails Richards with shoulder rams to the midsection. Richards rolls to the arena floor and he sends a charging Lashley in the barricade, Richards cracks a dazed Lashley with a running boot to the face. Lashley regains control when the match returns to the ring as he catches Richards with a neck breaker, Lashley follows that up by crushing Richards face between the turnbuckle pad and his boot.

Lashley connects with a suplex on Richards for a near fall, Lashley charges at Richards and Richards gets the boot up to drop him. Richards starts attacking Lashley with a series of kicks to the upper body, Richards goes for a handspring kick and Lashley catches him in midair before just dropping him on the ground for another near fall. Lashley slows things down by holding Richards in a chin lock, Richards starts fighting back and Lashley drops him with an elbow strike. Lashley gets angry and he simply chokes Richards on the middle rope, Lashley releases the choke and he just tosses Richards to the arena floor. Richards returns to the ring andLashley plants him with a delayed suplex, Lashley puts Richards against the ropes while nailing him with a few more punches.

Lashley charges at Richards and Richards knocks him to the arena floor, Richards then hits Lashley with a three pack of suicide dives. Lashley is brought back into the ring and Richards nails him with a top rope double stomp for a near fall, Richards goes for a suplex and Lashley blocks it. Lashley blocks another suplex attempt from Richards by locking him in an octopus stretch, Richards counters by putting Lashley in the horse collar submission until Lashley gets to the rope. Lashley rolls to the ring apron and he drapes Richards arm on the top rope, Lashley tries returning to the ring and Richards nails him with a dragon screw leg whip. The competitors meet on the ring apron and Richards goes to the top rope, Lashley catches Richards with a power slam on the ring apron.

Lashley returns to the ring and Richards barely beats the count to get back into the ring, Lashley gets mad and he tosses Richards back to the arena floor. Lashley gets Richards and he throws him into the ring steps before tossing him back into the ring, Lashley goes to the top rope and Richards crotches him. Richards goes up to the top rope and he nails Lashley with a bunch of headbutts, Richards then hits Lashley with a superplex followed a regular suplex for a near fall. Richards applies the ankle lock to Lashley and Lashley escapes and he propels Richards into the ring post. Lashley fails at a spear attempt and Richards nails him with a shining wizard for a near fall, Richards reapplies the ankle lock to Lashley. Lashle counters to apply a kimura and Richards taps out.

Winner: Bobby Lashley

TNA X Division Champion DJZ is interviewed backstage, he says that he is familiar with all of his opponents and there are no new challenges for him in the X Division.

TNA X Division Title Match (Elimination Match): DJZ (Champion) vs. Trevor Lee vs. Andrew Everett vs. Braxton Sutter

The match begins with Lee and Everett battling Sutter and DJZ, the wrestlers go through a series of reversals that ends with Lee and Everett crashing into each other. Everett is knocked out of the ring after he was nailed with an atomic drop, Lee is sent out of the ring as well. DJZ then catches Sutter with a head scissors and a few arm drags, Lee returns to the ring and he gets hip tosses by two of his opponents. Everett returns to the ring and he is sent back out of the ring by Sutter and DJZ, Lee jumps Sutter as DJZ battles Everett on the arena floor. Sutter nails Lee with a few kicks that are followed by a few chops, Lee and Everett attacks Sutter with a series of double team moves for a near fall, DJZ pushes Everett into Lee and DJZ nails Everett with a knee to the face.

Lee grabs DJZ and he trips him before knocking him on the arena floor, Everett accidentally hits Lee instead of DJZ with a suicide dive. DJZ then hits Everett and Lee with a suicide dive, DJZ goes for his finisher and he winds up catching Everett with a roll up for the three count.

Eliminated: Andrew Everett

The match continues with DJZ and Sutter double teaming Lee, Lee eventually knocks DJZ out of the ring before nailing Sutter with a double stomp. Lee then kicks DJZ in the face before rolling Sutter up for a near fall, Lee slows things down by choking Sutter on the middle rope. Lee releases the choke to just toss Sutter across the ring, Lee rolls to the arena floor and he throws DJZ into the ring post. Sutter tries fighting back and Lee nails him with a drop kick for a near fall, Lee then hits a seated Sutter with a bicycle kick before attacking DJZ on the arena floor. Lee goes to the top rope and Sutter nails him with a boot to the face when he lands, Sutter catches a charging Lee with a power slam. DJZ returns to the match by nailing Sutter with a top rope high cross body and back elbow strike, Lee kicks Sutter in the face and rolls him up with a handful of tights for a three count.

Eliminated: Braxton Sutter

The match continues with Lee nailing DJZ with a German suplex for a two count, Le then wrenches the wrist of DJZ while trapping him in the ropes. Lee trips up DJZ before stomping on his injured wrist, DJZ tries fighting back and Lee chokes him on the middle rope. DJZ tries fighting back by rolling up Lee for a near fall, DJZ then kicks Lee in the midsection and Lee responds by catching him with a double stomp for a near fall. DJZ launches Lee in the air before kicking him in the face, DJZ hits Lee with a ZDT for the three count.

Eliminated: Trevor Lee

Winner: DJZ, still your TNA X Division Champion

Backstage, Eddie Edwards was trying to console Davey Richards after his loss from earlier tonight, they walk away as Edwards says he has an idea he wants to talk with Richards about.

Robbie E comes to the ring and he grabs a microphone, Robbie says that you are going to be seeing a brand new Robbie E tonight. Robbie says that he is crazy and crazy people like to fight, Robbie issues an open challenge to anybody from the DCC, Bram comes out with a microphone. Bram says he cannot decide if Robbie is brave or stupid, Bram says he isn’t responsible for what happens tonight.

Robbie E vs. Bram

The match begins with Robbie attacking Bram with a suicide dive as Bram was trying to leave the ringside area, Bram gets mad and he attacks Robbie with strikes before tossing him in the ring. Bram brings Robbie to the corner and he assaults him with several strikes, Robbie recovers by catching Bram with a Thesz Press. Bram rolls to the arena floor and Robbie follows him out there, Bram then back suplexes Robbie on the ringside edge. Bram follows that up by dropping Robbie face first on the ring apron, Bram keeps up the attack by dropping Robbie on the barricade. Robbie somehow gets back in the ring and he nails a charging Bram with a back elbow that’s followed by a middle rope clothesline, Bram then sends a charging Robbie into the ring post.

Robbie falls to the arena floor and Bram follows him out there before tossing him into the ring, Bram then drops Robbie with a few short arm clotheslines for a near fall. Bram brings Robbie to the corner and he mauls him with a lot more strikes, Robbie fights back and he drops Bram with some punches followed by a clothesline. Bram quickly stops Robbie by nailing him with a few clotheslines of his own, Bram then hits Robbie with a forearm strike and pop up power bomb for a near fall. Bram then hits Robbie with another forearm strike followed by another pop up power bomb, Bram then clobbers Robbie with another clothesline for a near fall. Bram goes to the middle rope and he misses a double stomp, Robbie then hits Bram with a Boom Drop.

Bram distracts the referee before kicking Robbie in the balls, Bram then hits Robbie with the Brighter Side Of Suffering for a three count.

Winner: Bram
