How The Undertaker Appears When The Lights Go Out

The storied career of the Undertaker may have finished up at WrestleMania 33, but we have memories that last a lifetime.

From his WrestleMania streak, to his WWE and WWF Championship runs, his battles with monsters over decades, The Undertaker has been a fixture as an over-the-top character in a much more "reality based" era. Even until his final days, The Undertaker would darken the arena, to appear and surprise his foes in the ring.

One audience member was able to capture Taker's last such feat. On a March 2017 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, the aging Undertaker appeared from underneath the ring, and slid in to appear behind his eventual WrestleMania 33 opponent in Roman Reigns. Not quite the dark wizardry he portrays, but the man could move for a 52-year old needing hip surgery.

The advent of cell phones has given everyone a virtual flashlight in their hands to carry at WWE live events. Even though the mystique isn't necessarily there, The Undertaker -- and his abilities -- will live in the hearts of fans forever.

You can see a video of the Undertaker's appearance above. If only we could find out about those lightning strikes.
