John Cena Appears To Be Leaving SmackDown For RAW After SummerSlam

"Free Agent" John Cena appears to be ready to sign with a new team, and that team wears red.

According to WWE.com, Cena's last scheduled televised appearance for SmackDown is August 15, the Go-Home show for SummerSlam.

The following week, he is advertised for RAW on August 21, but NOT for SmackDown on August 22. From then on, he is only advertised for RAW television tapings and Live Events.

As a matter of fact, Cena is working RAW Live Events already, and as of this month, will only be appearing at one SmackDown Live Event: Springfield, Massachusetts on August 14.

He's also being advertised for the RAW Exclusive PPV No Mercy on September 24, while absent from the advertising for the SmackDown Exclusive PPV Hell in a Cell on October 8.

So it turns out that whole "John Cena can float from brand to brand" thing was really just a "John Cena moves to RAW" thing.
