“When I come face to face with men, I can tell, through looking at their facial structure. I can tell with them all. I’ve fought many men under many rulesets. Big Eastern European motherf-ckers. I’m looking at their skull and I’m like, ‘it’s gonna take me a few smacks to put this man away.’ Floyd is definitely not gonna able to take the shots, I’m telling you. The legs and the core and the stability. It doesn’t support him against this animal. He is in over his head with this; he does not know what he’s got himself into,” said McGregor at a media event.

Mayweather does enter the super fight with a massive experience advantage, as he has competed 49 times compared to McGregor’s 0.

Even though he believes that Mayweather can’t handle his power, the Irishman admits that Mayweather looks gold in his old age.

“He’s in good shape. He’s right - the little bastard does look alright for forty. He does look alright for a 40-year-old,” McGregor said. “He looks alright, I’ll give him that. But his frame is just too small.”

Conor McGregor versus Floyd Mayweather takes place on Saturday, August 26 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
