Ring of Honor Episode 265 Shane Taylor & Keith Lee vs War Machine & More!

Welcome to the Fightful.com recap for this week's episode of Ring of Honor Wrestling! Tonight we have a dream match as Keith Lee and Shane Taylor go up against War Machine to settle a very heated rivalry!

-Bullet Club come out and talk about their matches at All-Star Extravaganza, including the Young Bucks winning the ROH World Tag Team titles. They declare they want to go after the trios titles in the future.

Shane Taylor & Keith Lee vs War Machine

Hanson and Rowe dive out onto Taylor and Lee immediately then throw them around the outside of the ring. They fight around the outside even though the bell to start the match has rung the referee hasn't made them get into the ring yet. Taylor and Lee throw Hanson into the barricade then do the same to Rowe. Taylor runs over Rowe and Hanson hits Lee with clubbing blows against the apron. Hanson tries to lift Taylor, but cannot then they whip him into the barricade again. Rowe drops Lee with a brutal running knee then Hanson and Taylor are in the ring, until Taylor tosses Hanson out onto them on the floor. Taylor hits a cartwheel moonsault and takes everyone out as we go to commercial

We come back with Rowe hitting an exploder suplex on Taylor, but Lee runs right through Rowe, Hanson hitting him with a powerslam. War machine goes for a chokeslam, but Taylor counters it, dropping Rowe with a right hand. Hanson is caught with a double chokeslam for a close 2 count, Hanson being busted open at some point. Rowe comes in and sends Taylor to the outside then War Machine hit a pop up powerslam for a close 2 count of their own. Lee hits a death valley driver on Hanson for a close 2 count then Rower drops Lee and Taylor. Taylor kicks out of a backbreaker leg drop then Taylor and Lee hit a brutal sitout powerbomb for another close 2 count. Lee hits a powerbomb, but Rowe gets out of the way then Hanson misses a splash. Lee goes for a moonsault and misses then Rowe hits a canadian destroyer for the pin and the win. Very good match by all four of these guys.

Winner: War Machine via pinfall

-Taylor attacks War machine after the match as we go to commercial.

Six Man Tag Tournament Match

King is in control of Ali then tags in Titus who stomps on Ali then tags in King who does the same, then tags in Coleman who attacks him as well. The Cabinet take a knee in the center of the ring and Kincaid sends them to the outside. Coleman is in control of Kincaid after he's distracted by Titus as we go to commercial.

Titus is in control of Kincaid, keeping him in their corner then tags in King who then tags Titus back in, The Cabinet doing a lot of rapid tags and isolation. Shaheem gets in and takes out Titus before hitting King with a series of knee strikes and a neckbreaker. LSG gets tagged in and sends King to the outside, he and Ali double teaming Titus for a quick 2 count. King and Titus double team LSG then Kincaid hits a springboard reverse stunner; that was some unique offense. Ali, LSG and Kincaid hit a triple coast to coast dropkick that Titus somehow kicks out of. LSG goes for a phoenix splash, but Titus gets his knees up, tagging in Coleman as who hits a leg drop off the top rope for the pin and the win.

Winner: The Cabinet via pinfall

Jay Lethal vs Silas Young

They lock up for a clean break then Lethal puts on a wrist lock, Silas reversing it then they alternate at least 5 pinning combinations for a 1 count each time. Lethal hits a cartwheel dropkick then another that sends Silas to the outside. Lethal then dives onto Silas on the outside before tossing him into the barricade then diving out after him again. Lethal goes for a third one and manages to hit it as we go to commercial.

Silas hits a neckbreaker on Lethal during the commercial and we come back with Adam Cole on commentary. Young focuses on the back and neck of Lethal, hitting a backdrop for a quick 2 count. Young puts a side headlock on Lethal, but Jay gets out of it quickly, Silas hitting a kitchen sink then goes for a boston crab, but Jay counters. They exchange strikes in the center of the ring then. Lethal misses a cutter then Silas goes for another backbreaker, but Lethal hits the Lethal Combination then an elbow drop off the top rope for a close 2 count. Silas hits a cutter for a close 2 count of his own as Adam Cole comes down to ringside, Kyle O'Reilly coming out of no where and attacking him. Silas hits a greenbay plunge then Lethal rolls him up for the pin and the win.

Winner: Jay Lethal via pinfall
