Second Title Fight Added To LFA 4

The first ever Legacy Fighting Alliance Women’s Flyweight Champion will be crowned at next month’s LFA 4 as Andrea lee will be taking on Heather Bassett.

Lee (5-2-0) was the first and only Legacy Fighting Championships Women’s Flyweight Champion, she defeated Ariel Beck at LFC 49 to win the championship. Lee is also a five fight veteran of the Invicta Fighting Championships, with notable wins coming over Jenny Liou and Rachael Ostovich. Lee went 3-1-0 as an amateur fighter, with that lone amateur loss coming to UFC veteran Katlyn Chookagian.

Bassett (4-2-0) will be entering the fight on the strength of a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Shaena Cox and Taylor Turner. Bassett has yet to have any of her professional MMA fights go past the second round, her longest fight as a pro lasted a grand total of 5:44. Bassett had a long career as an amateur MMA fighter, which includes a bout against UFC veteran Rose Namajunas.

Legacy Fighting Alliance 4 takes place on Friday, February 17 from the Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel & Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana with Raoni Barcelos and Kevin Aguilar headlining, the main card will be airing live on AXS TV.
