SmackDown Viewership Sees Huge Increase For Money In The Bank Fallout Episode

Last night's episode of SmackDown Live, featuring the return of General Manager Daniel Bryan to deal with the controversial ending to Sunday's first-ever women's Money In the Bank match, drew 2.597 million viewers, according to ShowBuzz Daily. This is up over 20% from the year-low 2.072 million viewers that watched last week's episode. This is the first episode over 2.5 million viewers since the April 18th episode.

SmackDown came in at #4 in viewership on cable for the night, behind The Haves & The Have Nots, Tucker Carlson and Hannity. SmackDown did manage to come in at #1 in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic.

The previous night's episode of RAW also saw a large increase from the episode before, drawing 3.102 million viewers, which was up 18% from last week's 2.542 million viewers.
