Triple H On Asuka: 'I Don't Know Who Stops Her'

Triple H says he isn't sure if there's anyone out there who can defeat Asuka, including the women on the Smackdown and Raw rosters.

NXT Women's Champion Asuka is the longest reigning NXT champion of any kind. She won the title in April of 2016 at the NXT Takeover event in Dallas, when she defeated Bayley. At NXT Takeover Chicago, she won a championship triple threat match against Nikki Cross and Ruby Riot. After the event, Triple H took part in a Facebook Live interview. He discussed Asuka's dominance and questioned how long it would last.

"I would just take the 'NXT' out of it. 'Is there anyone that can challenge her?'" said Triple H. " It just seems no matter what you throw at her, she walks past it. I look at that and I go 'Well, could that be Nikki Cross, could that be Ruby, could that be Ember Moon, could there be someone new coming in on the horizon?' Let's go past that, could that be Becky Lynch? I don't know.  Could that be Naomi? I don't know. Could that be Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Sasha Banks, Charlotte? When I look at that, I don't know who stops her," he continued.

Asuka has faced and defeated main roster members Mickie James, Nia Jax, and Bayley while they were at NXT. Triple H went on to say Asuka's intangible and physical qualities makes him question if anyone can defeat her. After her victory at NXT Takeover: Chicago, Asuka said she does not think anyone can fully challenge her.
