Two More Talents Are Gone From Impact Wrestling

The Impact Wrestling roster seems to be getting thinner by the hour.

Two more major stars are exiting the company, with PWInsider reporting that "The Miracle" Mike Bennett and his wife, The First Lady of Impact Wrestling, Maria Kanellis, have informed officials that they do not intend to re-sign.

We had previously reported a story saying that the couple had verbally agreed to terms and were planning on staying at Impact, but now it appears that things have changed.

They will join Drew Galloway and Matt & Jeff Hardy as prominent talents that have decided to move on from the company.

Bennett and Kanellis debuted in January of 2016, and were heavily involved in top-tier storylines throughout the year.

Maria was the commissioner of the TNA Knockouts Division, and even had a 50 day reign as Knockouts Champ, before eventually losing to Gail Kim.

Bennett, meanwhile, feuded with the likes of Drew Galloway, Ethan Carter III. Eddie Edwards, Moose, Cody Rhodes, Braxton Sutter and Bobby Lashley, in his year-plus with the company. He also had one reign with the X-Division Championship.
