Becky Lynch: Doing A Shoey Is Nothing, We Used To Scrape Gum Off The Ground With Pennies And Chew It

Shoey? No problem.

It is an Australian tradition for people to drink a beer out of a shoe. The act is called a "Shoey" and is just something that happens, and people have accepted it.

If Becky Lynch wins the Elimination Chamber match, she'll have no problem doing a shoey in victory.

"Oh, sure, yeah, yeah. I used to work in a bar where they did a bunch of shoey's. I'm no stranger to the shoey," said Becky while speaking to Anna of Fightful.

Becky then revealed why a shoey wouldn't bother her too much.

"When I was a kid. We weren't allowed any chewing gum. We used to scrape the chewing gum off the ground with pennies that we would find around the house. Pennies are gross as it is. Then we'd eat it. There'd be like little rocks in it," she said. "(A shoey is) nothing. We were disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I think I have a great immune system ever since."

Becky did confirm that she is now allowed to have chewing gum that's not off the street and that she is not doctor, so don't take medical advice from her regarding ways to strengthen your immune system.
