Khan obliged, and things were going well as the two men embraced to let bygones be bygones in order to change the world.

However, Perry struck Khan in the stomach with the microphone to lay him out. The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) and Kazuchika Okada came to the ring, but didn't help matters. The Bucks did further damage, putting Tony down with the TK Driver.

The Elite celebrated to close the show as officials and talent checked on Tony.

Perry returned at AEW Dynasty, helping the Young Bucks win the AEW Tag Team Championships in a ladder match against FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler). It was his first AEW TV appearance since AEW All In when he lost to HOOK.

After the bout at AEW All In, Perry got into a backstage confrontation with CM Punk and was subsequently suspended for his actions. AEW aired the the altercation between Punk and Perry as part of the build to AEW Dynasty.

Perry originally returned to wrestling television at NJPW Battle in the Valley, attacking Shota Umino, ripping up his AEW contract, and dubbing himself "Scapegoat."
