Saudi GEA Chairman Looking To Bring WWE Royal Rumble Or WrestleMania To Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia wants major WWE events.

Turki Alalshikh, the chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority told Mike Coppinger of ESPN that an enhancement of Saudi Arabia's current agreement with WWE will be announced later in May.

Alalshikh said he is looking to bring Royal Rumble or WrestleMania to Saudi Arabia.

In March 2018, WWE and Saudi agreed to a ten-year partnership. WWE has annually hosted multiple events per year in Saudi Arabia as part of the agreement.

WWE will return to Saudi Arabia on May 24 for WWE SmackDown and May 25 for WWE King and Queen of the Ring.
