Tony Khan: I Expect An Archive Library For AEW Content To Happen In Our Next Media Rights Deal

Tony Khan expects to have an archive library for past AEW content soon.

Since the inception of AEW in 2019, fans have been asking for a streaming service that includes past episodes of television and older pay-per-views. As of publish time, a service of this nature does not exist yet, but it seems like that could change soon.

While speaking on the AEW Dynasty media call, Tony Khan noted that he expects to open an archive library of some sort when the promotion signs their next media rights deal.

"An archive library and a place to put streaming events is a really interesting idea and certainly something that has existed in wrestling and wrestling fans are able to watch a lot of events on streaming and AEW events should be up there. It’s something that I expect to happen in our next media rights deal. We’re in an exclusive window right now talking to Warner Brothers Discovery, which is amazing and has been a great time."

Elsewhere on the call, Khan talked about the current financial state of All Elite Wrestling. Learn more about that comment by clicking here.
