This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of WWE NXT! Tonight we have a great show as in our main event the hard hitting knockout artist Kassius Ohno takes on the dangerous kickboxer Aleister Black! We also have the return of Ember Moon and much more so be sure to come back here at 8PM EST for an hour of the NXT brand!
Peyton Royce vs Ember Moon
They lock up to start the match, taking each other down before Ember hits a huricanrrana into a dropkick. Peyton catches Moon on the top rope and goes for a fisherman's suplex, but Moon pushes her away. Billie Kay pulls her from the top rope as the referee is distracted by Peyton, then Peyton sends Ember shoulder first into the ring post as we go to commercial.
Peyton is in control as we come back from commercial, focusing on the already injured shoulder of Ember that kept her out of action for several weeks. Peyton hits Moon with a series of strikes before she comes back with a forearm and a diving cross body for a quick two count. Ember hits a backbreaker before Peyton drops her for a near fall before Ember rolls her up for a near fall of her own. Billie drags Peyton out of the ring before Moon goes for the Eclipse, then Moon hits a cross body off of the top rope on to Billie. They get back in the ring and Peyton gets a series of quick two counts before hitting a widows peak for a near fall.
Moon sends Peyton face first into the turnbuckle before hitting the Eclipse for the pin and the win.
Winner: Ember Moon via pinfall
-We get a taped segment where Kassius Ohno and Hideo Itami make up before Hideo leaves as we go to commercial.
The Ealy Brothers vs SANITY (Eric Young & Alexander Wolfe)
SANITY double team Uriel before he catches Wolfe coming in and tags in Gabriel. Gabriel gets dropped by Wolfe with a kick before tagging Young back in who hits a backbreaker before tagging Wolfe right back in. Uriel gets tagged in before SANITY takes them both out before hitting a double team neckbreaker for the pin and the win.
Winner: SANITY via pinfall
-We get a video package for Sonya Deville who will be re-debuting soon.
Rachel Evers vs Sonya Deville
Sonya kicks Evers repeatedly before dropping her for a quick one count before dropping her again with a knee to the face. Sonya hits Rachel with kicks in the corner before dropping her with a double leg takedown for a quick two count. Evers comes back with a jawbreaker and a boot before Sonya comes back with a flurry of strikes. Sonya then locks in a double wrist lock for the tap and the win.
Winner: Sonya Deville via submission
-We have a taped segment where Roderick Strong got into a fight with Bobby Roode during a photo shoot when Strong was there with his wife.
Aleister Black vs Kassius Ohno
Ohno tosses Black away, but he's right back up before Black takes Ohno down before he gets to his feet and backs Black into the corner for a clean break. They exchange wrist locks and hammer locks before Ohno rolls Black up for a quick one count before he takes him down. Black hops back up and takes Ohno down before Ohno gets to the ropes for the break. Ohno backs Black into the corner and chops him before Black hits Ohno with a series of kicks and knees. Ohno fights out of a headlock only for Black to hit a kitchen sink that sends Ohno out of the ring, Black opting to sit in the ring rather than going after him. Black comes back with a series of knees before Ohno drops him with a discus forearm as we go to commercial.
Ohno hits Black with a series of right hands in the corner before hitting him with a boot for a near fall. Ohno hits a snapmare into a reverse chin lock before hitting a high angle senton for another near fall. Ohno sweeps the leg out from under Black before hitting a basement dropkick for a near fall, then Black hits a double foot stomp when he catches Ohno coming in. Black hits a springboard moonsault, but misses Black Mass before hitting a roundhouse kick for a near fall. Ohno hits a jumping knee that nearly knocks out Black before hitting a boot for another near fall.
Ohno drops Black with a forearm before Black rolls him up for a quick two count. then hits a series of kicks and knees for a near fall. Black hits more kicks before Ohno hits an enzuigiri into a discus forearm for a near fall before they hit each other with strikes until Ohno hits a release suplex. Black then hits the Black Mass when Ohno goes for the rolling elbow for the pin and the win.
Winner: Aleister Black via pinfall
