X-Pac might have to go to jail, but he says it will be easier than his other stints.
Even though his recent charges were dropped, Sean Waltman (also known as X-Pac) still may have to serve time, according to Waltman. At the time of his arrest, it was revealed Waltman had an arrest warrant originating from a 2004 DUI arrest. TMZ interviewed Waltman and asked him about what the warrant means for him. Waltman said he would do what he needs to do, in order to take care of his warrant.
"When I was there this morning, the judge actually thought it was from three years ago and not thirteen. Regardless, that's something I need to take care of and I might have to do a couple days in jail over it, who knows? We'll see when it happens. If that's the case, that's the case. I want to get square with the house on everything," said Waltman.
Waltman spent time in a Los Angeles county jail at the end of April because he was accused of possessing and intending to sell methamphetamine pills. The charges were later dropped. After his arrest, Waltman said they were yeast infection pills and he was fine in jail because he knew he was innocent. If he has to serve time for his 2004 DUI, Waltman said he will be fine.
"The difference is this: When I was in jail before, I was coming down off of stuff. I'd be high on something and be coming down. It's a terrible place to be coming down off something in jail. But now, I am clean," said Waltman.
In the rest of the interview, Waltman talked about missing his opportunity to make amends with Chyna and the future of his career. He said he would like to do a show on the WWE Network.
