WWE Backstage Notes for this weekend and tonight

– We’ve been told by a backstage source that as of right now, WWE hasn’t distributed scripts for tonight’s WWE Raw. Thus, the show has STILL not been timed out.

– Sonjay Dutt, Shane Helms and Jeff Jarrett are all backstage at the show. WWE has also been promoting several names from within to help out with production.

– Kevin Dunn and Vince McMahon were both unhappy with a lot of the camera work in the women’s Royal Rumble, with Kevin Dunn yelling at people over it. 

– WWE was rehearsing the Royal Rumble matches until approximately midnight the night before the show. 

– WWE conducted interviews with a couple of regional television personalities this weekend for possible on-screen interviewer roles. 

– I’m told there are no “serious talks” between WWE and Cyborg at this point.
