If you noticed the sudden influx of agents being signed — Shane Helms, Abyss, Jeff Jarrett, Shawn Daivari, Sonjay Dutt — there seems to be a good reason for that. With WWE looking to establish WWE Performance Centers globally in the coming years, they want to be able to send producers and agents around to those facilities without having to bring them in on a “guest coach” basis.

One of the primary priorities for the Performance Center initiative is in India, which Triple H had publicly spoken about in recent months. Jeff Jarrett, Sonjay Dutt and Abyss were all heavily involved in the production of Ring Ka King in India between 2011 and 2012.

In additions to names you’ve seen on TV, there are several other shifts in production and marketing research going on, with some people behind the scenes taking on roles in NXT and being forced to relocate.
