Hiroyoshi Tenzan Sidelined With Knee & Back Injuries

Hiroyoshi Tenzan missed the 5/16 Dradition Pro-Wrestling event due to the injuries.

Tatsumi Fujinami’s Dradition Pro-Wrestling promotion held their ‘Soul of Dragon’ event on May 16th at Korakuen Hall.

Originally billed as the main event was Fujinami, Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Yuji Nagata taking on Katsushi Takemura, Manabu Soya and Mitsuya Nagai. Due to Tenzan dealing with knee and back injuries, he was pulled from the show and Satoshi Kojima filled in for him.

The trio of Kojima, Fujinami and Nagata scored the win in the 19-minute main event.

Tenzan has dealt with multiple knee-related injuries. He was sidelined twice in 2024 and in April, he was pulled from NJPW’s Wrestling Dontaku tour.
