Charlotte Flair Feels Her Character Has Been ‘Stoic’ For Years, Says Teaming With Alexa Bliss Will Add Layers
Flair feels that Bliss will enhance her presentation.
On the schedule for WWE over the next several days is Friday Night SmackDown, NXT Great American Bash, Saturday Night’s Main Event, and Evolution.
Talents who are scheduled for either of those respective shows are going on media tours, and one of those talents is Charlotte Flair.
She is scheduled for Evolution and will be part of a four-way tag team match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. Flair is teaming with Alexa Bliss and told USA TODAY that she thinks working with Bliss will add layers to ‘The Queen’ character, which she feels has been stoic for years.
“I think trying to blend the two will just add layers to ‘The Queen’ that we’ve seen so stoic for so many years. Pushing myself to get outside of my comfort zone of what The Queen is and what does that look like? Is it the mad queen? Is it the killer queen? Is it the unraveled queen? Is it best friends with Lexi and being a twisted queen?”
Flair and Bliss will be in the four-way tag bout with ZARIA and Sol Ruca, The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane), and the champions, Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez.
