Will Ospreay And Swerve Strickland Defeat The Young Bucks At AEW All In, Young Bucks No Longer AEW EVPs

Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay have made sure that Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson, the Young Bucks, will no longer be AEW EVPs. Ospreay and Strickland defeated the Jacksons in an intense tag team encounter at AEW All In 2025.
All four men had special entrances. The Young Bucks played up their role as the founding fathers of AEW. Will Ospreay had an Assassin’s Creed-inspired entrance. Swerve Strickland had JoJo Offerman play him to the ring. She sang “Ain’t Nobody” by Chaka Khan, Swerve’s theme song on the independent circuit.
Once they were all in the ring, the action was of the elite level expected from the four of them. Multiple EVP Triggers couldn’t score the win for the Young Bucks. Strickland and Ospreay also hit every finisher they had in their arsenal. They also hit some new moves like Styles Clashes in stereo, and a Swerve Stomp x Tombstone Piledriver combination. In the end, Ospreay and Swerve hit a House Call x Hidden Blade combo on Matt Jackson for the victory.

By virtue of their win, Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland stripped the Young Bucks of their status as AEW EVPs. They also ensured that they could challenge for the AEW World Title in the next year, as they would have forfeited that right if they had lost.
