Athena Defending ROH Women’s World Championship Against Alex Windsor On 7/26 AEW Collision

Windsor is getting a shot at Athena’s belt.

Alex Windsor made her AEW singles debut on the July 19th installment of AEW Collision. She picked up a victory over Taya Valkyrie.

As Windsor was celebrating her win, she was interrupted by ROH Women’s World Champion Athena. Athena primarily came out to address AEW Women’s World Champion ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm. Athena won the women’s Casino Gauntlet at All In and can lock in a shot at Storm’s title whenever she sees fit.

Before addressing Storm, Athena verbally dismissed Windsor’s presence. This led to a match between them being made official for the July 26th Collision, and Athena’s ROH Women’s World Title will be on the line.
