Dominik Mysterio Cleared, Set To Defend Intercontinental Title Against AJ Styles At WWE SummerSlam
Dominik Mysterio is cleared.
On the July 21 edition of WWE Raw, the mystery surrounding Dominik Mysterio’s status continued, with Adam Pearce constantly bugging him about visiting the backstage doctor.
Pearce eventually got to a point where he threatened to strip Mysterio of his Intercontinental Championship. ‘Dirty Dom’ took this threat seriously, visiting the doctor.
AJ Styles and Adam Pearce then talked to the doctor themselves, allowing Mysterio to jump ‘The Phenomenal One’ from behind. When Styles was down and out on the floor, Mysterio bragged about being cleared, saying that he’ll see him at SummerSlam.
