Jacob Fatu Doesn’t Like Getting Hit With JC Mateo’s Moonsault: I Call It The Flying Dolphin

Jacob Fatu has a special name for JC Mateo’s moonsault.

Back at WWE Backlash 2025, JC Mateo would make his WWE debut, helping Fatu defend his United States Championship at the event. Shortly after however, Mateo along with Solo Sikoa would turn on Fatu, who has been the subject of several beatdowns at the hands of Sikoa’s MFT faction.

While speaking to O’Shea Jackson Jr for The Rich Eisen Show, Jacob Fatu was asked if there is a particular move he doesn’t like taking, with Fatu pointing to MFT member JC Mateo’s moonsault.

“JC Mateo’s moonsault. I call it the flying dolphin because he looks like a dolphin when he does it. You know what I mean? So that damn thing, yeah, bro. That thing will definitely-Ah! Hit you with the ah, real quick. Yeah, man. It’s been JC, probably JC, and, damn, I don’t ever like when Solo on them be whipping on me. You know what I mean? But definitely JC’s thing.”
