Report: WWE Planning Wrestlepalooza For September 20

A new report suggests that a Wrestlepalooza may be on the horizon for WWE.

Wrestlevotes on Twitter has stated that a “Wresstlepalooza” could be coming on September 20. Notably, this is the same day as AEW’s All Out 2025 event. There’s no word yet on what brands will be present at Wrestlepalooza, if the show were to indeed come to fruition.

In recent months, WWE NXT events have been scheduled on the same day as special AEW events. The WWE NXT Great American Bash was held the same day as AEW All Out. WWE NXT Battleground was held the same day as AEW Double or Nothing. Even the upcoming WWE NXT Heatwave will be counter-programming AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.

Much like Heatwave, Wrestlepalooza is the name of a former ECW event.

Fightful will continue to monitor this story and report any updates.

WWE recently announced that its 2026 PLEs would be broadcast on the new ESPN direct-to-consumer platform. Fans can learn more about that here.
