Cody Rhodes: I Would Love To Write A Book, But An Entire Huge Chapter Is Locked Behind A Wall. I Have To Wait For Somebody Else To Tell The Story

Cody Rhodes has had a decorated wrestling career, starting in WWE at a young age as the son of Dusty Rhodes, leaving to find himself and helping form AEW, and then returning to WWE to finish his story.
Speaking with Becky Lynch on What Do You Wanna Talk About? Becky asked Cody if he might write a book one day.
“I would love to. I would love to write a book, but an entire huge chapter is locked behind a wall. Everything I say these days when it comes to that is somehow, I’m rewriting history, I’m remembering it wrong, even though the receipts are literally on social media. Stop, but every time I say anything, it’s the wrong thing to say. It hurts. It hurts my heart because I’d love to tell the story, I just have to wait for somebody else to tell the story and hopefully they include me in it. It’s an odd situation, but I would love to write a book,” he said.
Cody didn’t outright name AEW when bringing up the situation. He has spoken about his time in AEW, and his departure, but has admitted that the full story has not been told.
