Natalya Becomes First Woman To Receive Cauliflower Alley Club’s Lou Thesz Award

Natalya posted a message about the honor.

The Cauliflower Alley Club celebrated its 59th reunion from August 18th through the 20th. They presented their annual award ceremony, and among those honored was WWE’s Natalya.

She received the Lou Thesz Award and is the first woman to receive the honor. Natalya posted about it on Instagram:

To be the first woman to be awarded the prestigious Lou Thesz award means so much to me as Lou Thesz is held as a standard bearer in wrestling.

Like everything worth spending a life chasing,
the wrestling business has never been easy.
It’s not easy today.
It never gets easy, and if it ever does,
I’ll know that’s when it’s time to hang them up.

Natalya was in action on the 8/18 Monday Night Raw. She challenged Becky Lynch for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

Over the weekend, Natalya competed for the AAA Reina de Reinas Title at Triplemanía XXXIII.
