Konosuke Takeshita vs. Tomohiro Ishii, Young Bucks vs. Paragon, Max Caster’s Open Challenge Set For 8/23 AEW Collision

Lineup for Collision in Glasgow.

The OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland, played host to AEW Dynamite and Collision. The Collision episode is going to air on August 23rd, the night before AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.

As the 8/20 Dynamite was coming to an end, four match announcements were officially made for Collision, and those are listed as follows:

• The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) vs. Paragon (Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly)
• Max Caster’s open challenge
• Hiromu Takahashi, Scorpio Sky, Dante Martin & Darius Martin vs. The Don Callis Family (Hechicero, Josh Alexander, Rocky Romero & Lance Archer)
• Konosuke Takeshita vs. Tomohiro Ishii

It’ll be Takeshita’s first match back in AEW since winning the NJPW G1 Climax 35 tournament. Takeshita is now set to challenge for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.

That title will be on the line at Forbidden Door as the champion Zack Sabre Jr. defends against Nigel McGuinness.
