The Throw Down Cornhole Festival, the world’s largest and most popular cornhole tournament, returns to the scenic Ventura County Fairgrounds from August 22–24, 2025, for its 15th annual celebration. This three-day, family-friendly event will feature over 800 elite teams from across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, England, Venezuela, and Sweden, all vying for a share of over $300,000 in cash prizes.
Presented by The Throw Down Productions in collaboration with the American Cornhole League, the festival offers more than just competitive play—it’s a vibrant beachside festival experience. Guests can enjoy live music, gourmet food trucks, axe throwing competitions, craft beverages, local vendors, a vintage truck show, celebrity appearances, live MMA fights, Nitro Circus freestyle motocross, and engaging entertainment for all ages.
Celebrity Cornhole Tournament
This year, A-list celebrities will join in the fun, competing in the highly anticipated Celebrity Throwdown Charity Match, filmed live on ESPN+. The event will raise funds and awareness for their charity of choice and Ventura’s Industry Horror Inc., a local nonprofit that provides job training and employment to autistic teens and adults.
