Tyrese Haliburton Wanted To Bring Larry O’Brien Trophy And Walk Out With John Cena At WWE SummerSlam

Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers did not win the NBA Championship. They made it to the Finals. They made it to Game 7. Unfortunately, Haliburton tore his Achillies in the first quarter and exited the game.
The Oklahoma City Thunder would go on to win the game and the championship.
If the Pacers had won, Haliburton had SummerSlam plans.
“The plan was, two months ago, when I say ‘plan,’ I mean very loosely. I talked with [Triple H] about it maybe one time. It was, ‘If Cena is a heel in New York and we win a championship, let me walk him out with the trophy.’ When I got hurt, the first two things were, ‘This game. Next season. John Cena,'” recalled Haliburton on Impaulsive with Logan Paul.
Tyrese Haliburton did appear in the crowd as Cena took one of his crutches and used it in his street fight against Cody Rhodes.
The Larry O’Brien Trophy was with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
