Prestige Wrestling Raises $4,500 To Donate To RAINN For FJR Event

Pestige Wrestling held its FJR event on August 23rd, an event originally announced after Portland Wrestling booked and then canceled an appearance by Joey Ryan.
Ryan was named in Speaking Out in 2020 with nearly 20 allegations against him.
Though Portland Wrestling canceled Ryan’s booking, and eventually canceled the show, Prestige FJR continued.
Prestige announced that they raised $4,500 for the event, which will be donated to RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network).
From Prestige:
***FJR DONATION UPDATE***
Thank you to all that donated, bought tickets to & supported our FJR event this past weekend! We have the final tally of what we were able to bring in to donate to charity…
After our expenses (which included some hotel rooms, 1 flight, extra pipe & drape, gas, the graphic design for the show) we were able to raise $4,500 for for RAINN (rounding up to get them a little extra).
Our fans, friends & supporters really rallied together to make this special. I’d also like to send a huge shout out to
@powprowrestling
for helping raise $500, putting us over our projected donation of just under $4,000.
Anyone that sent an additional donation to our payment apps will get their names listed in the video credits & will get a social media shout out when the video drops!
We are reaching out to our connection at RAINN today to figure out their preferred way to get them this $$$.
FJR will drop to view in full very soon, just finishing some editing stuff & will get it out.
Thank you for all of your help & support!
