Live Coverage.

– A nostalgic video package opened the show with the Roar of the Crowd theme song.

– Triple H kicked off the show to thank the crowd that started a revolution. Shawn Michaels came out, and they briefly teased tension between them because Hunter hinted at wanting to return to lead NXT. This led William Regal to come out and suggest they settle their issues with WarGames. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss came out and stated that the women have always dominated WWE NXT. They called out names like Paige, Asuka, Ember Moon, and the Four Horsewomen. The crowd is electric for all of this. The Women’s Tag Team Championship Match is up first.

– Backstage, Sol Ruca and ZARIA are arguing about whether or not that could be them. Lainey Reed breaks this up and says that Ruca needs to be worried about potentially losing her WWE Speed Title to her. Candice LeRae comes in and sticks her claim for the title instead. Shayna Baszler returns to WWE programming and tells Ruca and ZARIA that they need to forgive one another.

* Trick Williams & Carmelo Hayes def. Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa

– The Miz arrived and attackedJohnny Gargano, allowing Hayes to pick up the victory.

– Kelly Kincaid interviews Sami Zayn. Zayn speaks glowingly about returning to NXT. He puts over Je’Von Evans. Josh Briggs interrupts and speaks negatively about Evans. Zayn stops Evans from going to fight Briggs. He continues to give him praise.

* NXT North American Championship: Ethan Page (c) def. Tyler Breeze

– Damian Priest tells Tavion Heights that he will challenge Ethan Page for the NXT North American Championship at NXT No Mercy.

– Grayson Waller Effect with Ricky Saints and Oba Femi ends with Trick Williams getting involved, saying that they need to put their plans on hold. It’s agreed upon that Oba will face Trick in a match for both the WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling World Championships.

– Charlie Dempsey and Wren Sinclair are talking about how he needs a fresh start. Dempsey will be going to Japan for a month. Bobby Roode is in this segment. So is Joe Hendry. They share a moment talking about TNA as Dempsey is in the background trying to stop Sinclair from losing her mind while fangirling

– Lexis King is in the middle of the ring. He says he’s the homecoming King. He wants to fight Myles born next week in a Lights Out Match. Finn Balor arrives with his old school entrance and theme music. Borne attacks King from behind and drops him with a Zig Zag. Balor hits the Coup de Grace.

– Montez Ford confronts DarkState. He tells them they need to worry about the targets on their backs. They all stop Cutler James from saying something sus.

– Bianca Belair is shown in the crowd.

– A face-off between Oba and Trick closes the show.
