Stephanie Vaquer Says Winning The WWE Women’s World Title Was More Special Due To Defeating IYO Sky

Stephanie Vaquer comments on why her WWE Women’s World Title win was so special.

At WWE Wrestlepalooza, Vaquer faced off with Sky for the third time in singles competition in WWE, facing off for the WWE Women’s World Championship. Unlike their previous encounters, this bout would finish with a decisive winner following a Spiral Tap from Vaquer for the victory.

While speaking to Pete Rosenberg in an interview following her victory, Vaquer was asked about her opponent IYO Sky, with Stephanie noting that defeating Sky made the victory all the more special.

“One of the best in the world, she is one of the best and for me this is more special because it’s not just make history with my family WWE, with ESPN, Wrestlepalooza first show. It’s because a great match with a great opponent.”
