‘Day Of The Dead’ Match For NXT North American Championship Set For WWE NXT Halloween Havoc

A new bout set for the PLE.

A singles match between Lexis King and AAA Latin American Champion El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. took place on the 10/14 episode of WWE NXT on The CW.

Wagner Jr. secured the win, and post-match, he called out NXT North American Champion Ethan Page, with who he’s been at odds.

Page came out and said he talked to NXT General Manager Ava, and it was decided that Wagner Jr. will be facing him for the North American Championship at NXT Halloween Havoc on 10/25. Wagner Jr. proposed that the match be a Day of the Dead match, which is an anything goes bout.
