Red Velvet Returns To Ring Of Honor, Puts Interim ROH Women’s TV Champion Mercedes Moné On Notice

The champion is back.

Due to Red Velvet being injured, she was not able to defend her ROH Women’s World Television Championship at Supercard of Honor in July.

It was then decided to present a four-way match to crown an Interim ROH Women’s World TV Champion, and emerging victorious from that was Mina Shirakawa.

Shirakawa held the belt up until AEW’s WrestleDream pay-per-view, where she faced TBS Champion Mercedes Moné in a title versus title bout, and Moné defeated her to capture the Interim ROH Women’s TV Title.

During the 10/23 episode of ROH on HonorClub, Red Velvet returned with her Women’s World TV Title over her shoulder. She put Mercedes Moné on notice.
