The AEW Women’s World Tag Team Title tournament has begun as of last week’s edition of AEW Dynamite, with Skye Blue and Julia scoring a first round victory over Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata to advance to the next round of the tournament. For Brody King, he is still pulling for his former fellow faction mate.
While speaking on The Close Up With Renee Paquette alongside Bandido, Brody spoke on the AEW Women’s Tag Title tournament, admitting he has a little bias with Julia Hart and Skye Blue while also offering praise to Jamie Hayter.
“I think I have a little bias with, you know, Julia and Skye . You know, I love to see Julia doing what she’s doing right now. I think Jamie Hayter is also a force to be reckoned with. Anytime she’s in the ring, it’s like, it’s just different. So that match tonight is going to be… A nail biter. I’m going to be like in the back hoping that neither one of them beats me up afterwards.”
