Eva Marie Says She Always Keeps The Door Open For Potential WWE Return, ‘You Can’t Find That High Anywhere Else’
Eva Marie comments on a possible return to WWE.
In May 2021, Eva Marie made a brief return to the company, aligning herself with Doudrop (Piper Niven). The run was short lived, as Marie was released from the company in November.
Appearing on the latest episode of Daria & Toni Unwrapped, Marie was asked about possibly making a return to WWE for a third run.
“I mean, I always keep the door open just because I’d be silly not to. I love performing, there’s nothing like it. If you want to talk about drugs and alcohol, that’s the biggest highest. You see it too in superstars, sometimes they can’t let it go. Sometimes it’s like, ‘Okay, you should retire.’ But you can’t find that high anywhere else, it’s not [replaceable]. The WWE universe is the best fan base. They’re crazier than ever but they’re loyal too. To be able to walk out into a 100,000 people arena, where are you going to get that?”
As of publish time, Eva Marie’s last match took place on the September 20, 2021 episode of Raw, where she lost to Doudrop in 80 seconds.
