Chris Nowinski Visits AEW Annually To Speak About Concussions

The study of concussions has become more prevalent over the years as athletes become bigger, faster, and stronger, and injuries take their toll more than ever.

Former WWE superstar Chris Nowinski started the Concussion Legacy Foundation on June 14, 2007 to research, educate, and treat athletes on the severity of concussions.

Speaking to Ariel Helwani, Tony Khan discussed his friendship with Nowinski, saying that Nowinski vists AEW every year to give further education on concussions.

Nowinski posted on social media, “It’s a privilege and honor to share my concussion experience, CTE research & @ConcussionLF HelpLine with my former colleagues to help them stay safe in the ring. Thanks @AEW & @TonyKhan for the annual invitation.”
