Tetsuya Naito And BUSHI Announced For wXw 16 Carat Gold 2026

Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI will be returning to wXw in Germany.
wXw announced that Naito & BUSHI will compete in the 16 Carat Gold 2026 tournament. This news comes days after Naito & BUSHI canceled a scheduled wXw appearance.
The cancellation occurred as Naito’s UNPASO Inc. company is facing bankruptcy. There were incidents caused by someone who worked for the company, and Naito is expected to restart things alongside BUSHI and other staff members at a new company.
Naito gave the following statement to Tokyo Sports regarding the cancellation:
“First and foremost, I would like to apologize to everyone involved with wXw, and to all those who were looking forward to this match in Germany. I was looking forward to my first match in three weeks and stepping back into the wXw ring, so I’m personally very disappointed… But I look forward to the day I can compete in front of everyone again, and I hope you’ll look forward to that day too.
I apologize to our fans for causing concern and inconvenience due to an internal company issue. I promise we will work together under the new management to deliver an L.T.J. (Los Tranquilos de Japon) that surpasses anything we’ve done before.”
