Earlier this year, Fightful Select reported that several top European talents had been picked up by WWE following their European tryouts prior to WrestleMania. Amongst those names were Zozaya, Mike D Vecchio and French masked wrestler Aigle Blanc. Earlier this week, it was announced that Blanc would be making his AAA debut later this month, and he was advertised under a ne ring name, Elio Lefleur.
On November 24th, Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan would report that Elio’s new ring name was one of several suggested by the French talent, with WWE approving the Lefleur name for use.
