Léi Yǐng Lee Becomes New TNA Knockouts World Champion At NXT Gold Rush Week Two

A TNA talent regains the Knockouts Title.

A second title change took place on week two of NXT Gold Rush. There was a Triple Threat match that saw TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan defend against Jordynne Grace and Léi Yǐng Lee.

The match result saw Lee deliver a kick to the back of Jordan’s head, which put her away and brought the Knockouts World Title back to a TNA talent. Post-match, TNA President Carlos Silva put the title on the new champion. Silva was seated ringside next to Tommy Dreamer.

Lee was with WWE from 2017 to 2024 under the name Xia Li. She was let go from the company.

Lee is now scheduled to defend the Knockouts World Championship at TNA Final Resolution on December 5th. Her opponent will be determined via a singles match on 12/4 between Dani Luna and Lee’s partner, Xia Brookside.

Kelani Jordan’s Knockouts World Title reign ended at 53 days.
