Seth Rollins Gives Potential Timeline For His Return

Seth Rollins suffered a shoulder injury at WWE Crown Jewel after landing hard on a coast-to-coast headbutt. Rollins finished the match, defeating Cody Rhodes to win the 2025 Crown Jewel championship.
Rollins was the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion at the time, but had to relinquish the title due to his injury.
Speaking to Bert Kreischer on Something’s Burning, Rollins gave an update on his injury and potential return.
“Once I get [the sling] off, which is in like another month, then it might be full vacation mode for a little while, before I lock in and have to start training to get ready to come back,” he said.
Bert asked what the ramp up looks like, and Seth replied, “It’ll probably be gradual. I don’t even really know. My guess is eight to 12 weeks of, ‘Okay, now I have to stop eating like an asshole.’ Probably 12 weeks. Plus, we’ll be moving right into WrestleMania season. I’m hoping around February, after all the holiday stuff, I can start to be like, ‘Lock in. No more BS.'”
Becky Lynch, Seth’s wife, seemingly questioned Seth’s mentioning of February.
Seth replied, “Probably, after the Super Bowl and stuff. Give myself a month before I come back. I don’t even know. They say six months, so this could be April.”
Rollins is keeping busy during his time on the sidelines, making NFL media appearances. He will be part of NFL Christmas on Netflix coverage.
Fightful wishes Rollins the best as he continues to recover.
