Dominik Mysterio discusses his Survivor Series Intercontinental Championship match against John Cena.
During John Cena’s recent final appearance in his hometown of Boston, the seventeen time world champion would capture the one title that has eluded him throughout his incredible run as a pro wrestler, defeating Dominik Mysterio to capture the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Now, Cena will look to retain the championship at Survivor Series in Mysterio’s hometown of San Diego later tonight.
While speaking on the RAW Recap’s Survivor Series preview, Dominik was asked if John Cena should be nervous ahead of their rematch, with Dominik believing he should.
“I mean, of course, he’s facing the greatest Mysterio of all time. The greatest AA Mega champion, greatest former going to be and new Intercontinental champion in my hometown in San Diego. I mean, he should be nervous. Last time we were in, like I said, we were in his hometown, Boston. He had Triiple H and management on his side, giving him everything he wants. Like his whole career. So, I’m excited to finally have somewhat of an advantage this time, which is home field advantage.”
Mysterio was also recently featured in a new music video. You can read more about that here.
