Police Investigation Underway After Fan Steals Jimmy Hart’s Megaphone At WrestleCade
The official WrestleCade post took to social media on November 30 to announce that someone had stolen Jimmy Hart’s megaphone the day prior. It doesn’t matter if Hart has one or one hundred in his possession at home, this is completely unacceptable behavior from the pro wrestling fanbase.
“Someone stole Jimmy Hart’s megaphone at the convention yesterday,” WrestleCade said in a statement. “The venue has HD cameras and police will review the footage tomorrow. Jimmy isn’t looking to press charges — he just wants it back. If you took it, DM us. 12/2, the police investigation moves forward.”
WrestleCade is one of the premier yearly destinations for pro wrestling fans across the world. Not only is there the WrestleCade Supershow, a one-of-a-kind pro wrestling event featuring the top independent talent, but the convention also allows fans to meet some of their favorite stars from the past and present.
Hart is no stranger to appearing at conventions like this, but never before has a company had to announce that they opened a police investigation due to a fan crossing the line. At the time of writing, no further updates have been provided. November 30 is the final day of WrestleCade, meaning Hart is down to only a few hours to get it back before he heads home.
