Kazuchika Okada Says If NJPW Pays Him Well, He’ll Be Happy To Keep Coming Back

NJPW1972.com published a detailed interview with Kazuchika Okada ahead of his in-ring return for the promotion.

Okada is going to be in action at Wrestle Kingdom 20, where he will be Hiroshi Tanahashi’s final opponent. As the interview was ongoing, Okada was asked if there is anything he wants Tanahashi to do as President of New Japan. Okada jokingly said that if he gets a good payoff, he’ll be happy to keep coming back.

“If I get a good payoff, I’m happy to come here (laughs). But I want him, now he’s President, to take the time to get tired. There’s a lot that NJPW will rely on him for, a lot that he needs to do.”
