JDC Challenges Eddie Edwards For Retirement Match At TNA Genesis

Come TNA Genesis next month, JDC will be retiring. He made up his mind last month, but he made sure he’s going out on his own terms. With a TNA World Championship match in the main event of Final Resolution, JDC would love nothing more than to defend that title against Eddie Edwards in Dallas, TX.

JDC poured his heart out in a three minute promo that aired during Final Resolution. Just hours before he will be challenging Frankie Kazarian, JDC laid out the challenge to his stablemate. When it came down to Brian Myers or Moose, JDC acknowledged that Edwards would be the member of The System he’d most like to face.

TNA confirmed Genesis will be taking place on Saturday, January 17 from the Curtis Culwell Center. The PPV will be just two nights after the debut of “Thursday Night iMPACT” on AMC. Whether JDC is champion or not, he made it well known who he wants to face in his retirement match.
