Ethan Page Def. Mr. Iguana To Retain NXT North American Title At WWE NXT Deadline

One of the title matches on the billing for the NXT Deadline Premium Live Event was Ethan Page defending the NXT North American Championship against AAA’s Mr. Iguana.

The backend of the bout saw Iguana string together some momentum, but it was not enough as Page put him away with the ‘Twisted Grin.’

Next up on the docket for Page is that he’ll be heading to AAA for their Guerra de Titanes event on December 20th. He’ll be challenging El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. for the AAA Latin American Championship.

In addition to being the North American Champion, Page is one-half of the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Champions with Chelsea Green.
